AUTOCAD 2D SAMPLE EXERCISES & TUTORIALS : (page 2)

We will be applying the absolute
coordinate system in drawing this
2D model.

It is not that hard once you get the
hang of it actually.

You can also UNDO a particular
coordinate entered if you entered
it by mistake so no worries.

Absolute coordinate just concerns
the value on the X-axis and Y-axis
only.
AutoCAD 2D Exercise 4

In this exercise, we will be applying
the relative coordinate system in
drawing the 2D model as our other
alternative in drawing 2D models.

We can see that relative coordinate
system concerns only the movements
from the current point to its previous
point.

We can also define that relative
coordinate is the displacements
along X-axis followed by the Y-axis.

AutoCAD 2D Exercise 5

In this exercise, we will see how
polar coordinate system actually
works in AutoCAD.

We usually write polar coordinate as
@M<B (M=magnitude of a line)
(B=angle to be entered in AutoCAD)

You can see that the slanting lines
have angles to indicate their slope.

We can actually make comparisons
among the 3 basic coordinate systems
that we have learned in this course.
